Description of Classes

One Leg Upside Down Bow pose

Ashtanga

A form of power yoga, designed to build strength and flexibility.   A combination on flowing movement linked with the breath.

Beginners

A great place to start, learn the basic postures and to connect with the breath.

Level 1 and 2

For those who have done at least 6 months in Beginners, depending on ability.  Introducing more inversions and detailed instruction.

Level 2

A strong class designed to challenge the more advanced students to explore their capabilities.  Longer timings in poses.

Lunchtime

A 50-minute lunchtime opportunity for general all-over conditioning.  Suitable for all levels.

General

All levels welcome.  Separate instructions given to suit all level of students.

Flow

A one hour class for students who wish to work with the breath, moving from one pose to the next.  Great for building heart fitness and stamina.
