AshtangaA form of power yoga, designed to build strength and flexibility. A combination on flowing movement linked with the breath. BeginnersA great place to start, learn the basic postures and to connect with the breath. Level 1 and 2For those who have done at least 6 months in Beginners, depending on ability. Introducing more inversions and detailed instruction. Level 2A strong class designed to challenge the more advanced students to explore their capabilities. Longer timings in poses. LunchtimeA 50-minute lunchtime opportunity for general all-over conditioning. Suitable for all levels. GeneralAll levels welcome. Separate instructions given to suit all level of students. FlowA one hour class for students who wish to work with the breath, moving from one pose to the next. Great for building heart fitness and stamina. |
